About Me
Background
I graduated from Florida A&M University as a presidential scholar with a BS in Biological & Agricultural Systems Engineering and a concentration in Food & Bioprocessing. I did further studies in Recirculating Aquaponic/ Hydroponic Systems through Cornell University and Organic Farming in BOKU, Vienna, Austria. I have been an Entrepreneur for the past 10 years during which time I have founded a school, wrote and published a book and developed a line of Organic, Agricultural products.
In my spare time I volunteer, tutor and work on myself. I do "life audits" pretty often where I take stock of the mindset guiding my actions and inactions, and work on improving the way I think and behave.
I AM AN EXCELLENT VOCALIST, but I barely sing. It's way harder for me to sing for a small group than a crowd of thousands.
What else? I scored in the 99%tile in my SATs, attempted Dental School & studied Cybersecurity. A first edition signed copy of my "40 Days, 40 Conversations With God- A Time to be Sowing" book is locked away as a national treasure in the National Archives Library for Trinidad & Tobago! This book, was also part of Book Expo America and was given honorable mention at NY Book Fest. It has readers in Africa, USA, UK, Canada and the Caribbean.
My dream is to be the voice of a Disney character. There was a time I wanted to play Aretha Franklin in her biopic. I have always seen myself in her face. I honestly believe its my destiny. I would also like to do a MBA at Harvard (or maybe Divinity Studies) & get my PhD in Education from there as well.
I am also pretty honest, maybe too honest, and down-to-earth...and I am a proud Trini!
Cool Stuff...
- I have a sweet-sounding, melodic accent
- I work well under pressure and can produce high-quality work in short periods of time.
- I have strong interpersonal skills and can relate to a wide variety of people.
Caveat
This is my space. Please spare me the comparisions. I am pretty much going to do whatever I want, however I want, whenever I want here. If you want a cookie cutter space, where I pretend for your adulation, you're on the wrong site.
